Periskal Group has become an important
player on European level for River
Information Services (RIS).
Since the foundation in 1990, the company
has focused on the development of Inland
ECDIS charts and navigation technology
for the inland shipping market.
Nowadays over 5000 inland vessels have
been equipped with Periskal navigation
products. Apart from a unique range
of digital river charts and accompanying
software applications, one also disposes
of an ample expertise in AIS Base Station
networks, radar navigation systems and
River Information Services. Periskal
participated successfully in many significant
EU Research projects like COMPRIS,
MARNIS, RISING and national
projects as well e.g. SIF project
in France, RIS Serbia, Sava RIS and
BULRIS. |
